About Us

Little Grange Preschool opened its doors for the first time in January 2011. We are situated on a beautiful small farm which enables us to provide the children in our care with invaluable interaction with nature. We value meaningful interaction with our parents at Little Grange and strive to provide a family-like environment within our school. We currently accept children between the ages of 3 months and 5 years and thus provide play-based education for children up until their Grade 00 year. We believe that it is important that children attend Grade R in the school at which they will be attending Grade 1.

We have 3 playrooms at Little Grange:

Our Baby Owls Class caters to infants and toddlers between the ages of 3 and 18 months. Our Busy Bugs Class caters to children between the ages of 18 months – 3 years and our Fantastic Frogs class caters to children between the ages of 3 and 5 years old.

Little Grange Preschool

Philosophy & Mission

At Little Grange Preschool we strive to provide a wholesome, homely environment in which the children feel comfortable and happy. Our traditional approach to preschool education ensures that all of the children, who we are blessed to be involved with, learn through play and experimentation and reach their full potential. At Little Grange Preschool we believe that the role of the parent is of utmost importance and we encourage meaningful involvement of our parents in school activities.

The children will also be given a morning and afternoon snack. A range of different snack food is provided to encourage a balanced diet.

What Our Families are Saying

Such an amazing school Julie and her staff are the most amazing teachers they really love what they do. I am going to miss them so much!

– Maxine Ripley

I love the fact that this little creche focuses more on outside play than inside play. Kids get to interact with animals and nature and just get to explore. Julie & staff constantly go out of their way to create ‘memories’ & ‘experiences’ for the little ones. It’s an awesome pre-school!!

– Caroline Butterworth

The most special little school.
